Dapper request: MythTV 0.19

I don't know if this is the right place for posting this, but here goes.

Can we have mythtv 0.19 included in Dapper by default? The current version ( 0.18 ) is now over a year old, and getting out of date. 0.19 has been out for a while now and is stable. A lot of people have been wanting the latest version - is there a particular reason not to include it?

The freezes. Upstream Version Freeze, Feature Freeze, Beta Freeze... All of these are currently in effect.

Fair enough; I didn't realise freezes also applied to universe and multiverse stuff. Is there any reason this wasn't included in Dapper earlier (0.19 came out in January, and people were asking for it back then...)?

So when do Dapper backports open? Not until after the final?

Now that you mentioned it, I never gave a thought to whether the freezes are for all repos or what. It may still require newer dependencies than what they currently have in main, preventing the inclusion of 0.19. Or something ;)

Backports will likely open sometime during Dapper+1 development cycle.
