I want to build some temp monitoring into conky on my macbookpro.

Can anyone tell me what the human names are for these?

TB2T: +35.0C Enclosure
TC0D: +52.0C CPU Die
TC0P: +47.8C CPU Proximity
TN0D: +51.2C Northbridge Die
TN0P: +43.8C Northbridge Proximity
TN0S: +59.8C
TN1D: +59.0C
TN1F: +59.8C
TN1G: +90.0C Graphics Chip (assuming based on temp)
TN1S: +59.8C
Th1H: +46.0C Heatsink
Ts0P: +34.5C
Ts0S: +42.0C

Any ideas as to some of the others?
