View Full Version : [ubuntu] Can't figure out how to install Zonet ZEW1642

I've attempted to find the .inf for this card's driver, but to no avail. My plan was to use ndiswrapper to install the driver, but without the .inf I'm at a brick wall!

Any help would be appreciated!

Been there, done that. Only provides a .exe for the driver install. Works great on my Win7 partition, but no luck on the .inf's that I need.

I've attempted to locate the .inf's in windows, but all I find are .sys files.

appears to be Ralink RT2860 based , one solution sounds like it worked here:

All went well until the last part of step 6:
ERROR: Module rt2860sta does not exist in /proc/modules/
