We all know that most if not all keyboards have a windows key.... does anyone know if there is a keyboard with a ubuntu, gentoo, SUSE etc. key?

Certain distro's support the Windows key. I donīt know exactly which ones, but they do.

I don't think such a keyboard exists. Just use the Windows key for now.

Sure they do. :- ) (Ok, not Ubuntu, but Linux). Happy Hacker keyboards have a kind of diamond shape for the meta key.

To be brutally honest, I think this is a non-issue. I don't even notice the Windows mark on my keyboards' super keys unless I actually bother to look for it.

The happy hacking keyboard i use here has a square instead of a windows token.
There are keyboards with a pinguin from cherry, something in the name of cymotion master linux i believe.

From what I've heard, Windows Vista is going to make a big deal of this.. Big, raised icons on the meta key with a vista logo, etc..

Y they are changing the key to a raised bump... not that I ever even used it when in windows unless windows was messing up and my mouse stopped working.

What can be wrong with the wish to watch/have something you like working with/adore, i.e. having a big breasted blondy on your desktop. (or a pinguin on your keyboard, whatever)
It can have lots of reason/feelings why a person wants such thing, and they should feel free about that.

I dont need it because i don't stare at my keyboard and say "Wow, I love my windows key:D". I just want it to have it.

There's also a classic version of that keyboard, however I didn't find it anywhere to buy, so I went with the Windows version. Cherry keyboards rule with or without Penguin.
