I've got one of those old EeePC: 4GB SSD, Intel 900MHz Celeron M processor... I've done some little hardware tweaks (2GB RAM, 4GB SD card permanently mounted in internal card reader (soon to be replaced with 8GB SD card)... Now I want to upgrade the OS but I don't know what to go for.
The EeePC is currently running Eeebuntu 3, but it's getting sluggish (sorry slugs) and I think it needs a change. I downloading the Lubuntu iso the other day, and it's pretty nifty even whenn running from the live USB.
So: recommendations please. Preferably recommendations based on actual use rather than 3rd party installs (software devs are such *liars*). So what ya say?
