Right now I have 10.10rc (No internet, I'm working on that) And I was wondering what I have to do to upgrade to the final version?

Are you asking us, is it possible to upgrade your machine to 10.10 final, without having Internet on that particular machine, but having it anywhere else (home, work, school)?
If yes, then you can download final .iso image, burn it to a CD, than put that CD in a computer without network connection, then go to:
and then go to menu:
Settings->Repositories->Other...(second tab)-> click "Add Volume"
After this close that window, and Synaptic. Open Terminal and type:
sudo apt-get update
As you don't have a network connection it may tell something that it was unable to connect and get latest updates or something, ignore that, then type this:
sudo apt-get upgrade
And here you go, you will have 10.10 final. You can check that with this command in a terminal:
