Hello!
Is there a neat windows tool that is able to download DEBs for me and resolve their dependencies (of course only in a primitive way as it can't see whether a package is already installed or not)?
My UMTS sticks downloads more smoothly under Windows at the moment (and the Linux VPN access at my university is broken), so I was thinking whether e.g. APT-GET is able to generate a list of packages that I can pass to a Windows tool for download or I just tell a windows tool "Download that package and all it's dependencies that are not in a basic installation".
It would also be great because my WiFi connection tends to break with Kernel updates and I wouldn't have to connect my computer via cable to download solutions for that.
Thank you very much,
Blutkoete
