Xen reboots

I did a Xen install according to: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenVirtualMachine/XenOnUbuntuBinaryInstall
I can boot XEN but after sometimes not fully booted, Xen falls back and reboots.
Can not give much information about it, but had anyone this symptom before.
