Dual Boot Windows 7 & Ubuntu

Hello po...

I need help po how to have the dual boot of ubuntu and windows.

Una po kasi is nakadual boot ako ng ubuntu at windows XP.

Inupgrade ko po yung windows XP ko to Windows 7, ngaun po, nawala yung Ubuntu ko.

Any tips how to get back my Lucid Lynx running again?

You have two languages intermixed here I can't tell whats going on.;)

I think what your saying is you upgraded to W7 from XP today and lost the Ubuntu boot.

Can you confirm this and tell us the Ubuntu OS, and post the output from.
sudo fdisk -l

Im now using lucid lynx again ^_^

I followed the steps from 'Create and boot from a Live CD' up to 'Overwriting the Master Boot Record' only.
