Hi there,

I'm looking to stitch a few hundred screenshots together that I took by going "scroll capture scroll capture scroll capture" making sure to get some overlap. Does anyone have any software suggestions?

I should be able to do this by writing a script to do some cropping and joining but I suspect that a stitcher might do a better job.

Let me know :)

Thanks!

I once used Hugin to combine about 150 photos into one large panorama. It's in the repository.

innnnteresting, this has worked for a small test case of two images.

there is actually an outdated tutorial about stitching scanned images that I am currently fighting

http://hugin.sourceforge.net/tutorials/scans/en.shtml

I'm going to try it with 10 or so, then I will give it a full run. I will talk about my results later.

Thanks!

I realized I was going to run into problems on pages where there was a lot of whitespace thus would only share whitespace in common with the next page, so, this would not work.

I ended up doing the crop and join as I originally thought.

But, none the less, this program works great. Thanks for the tip!
