Hi guys,
I'm trying to set up a Ventrilo server to run on startup.
I've got the server working in terminal by
cd /usr/local/bin/ventrilo_srv
./ventrilo_srv
and it works perfectly fine. I've put all the config files in the same directory (/bin).
If I type in ventrilo_srv it gives
Unable to open configuration file 'ventrilo_srv.ini'.
ERROR: Unable to read configuration data. Exiting.
I set up Shoutcast server in a similar way and all I have done to get that running up on startup is just go to System > Preferences > Administration > Sessions and put the start up command under one of the Startup Programs. This however, does not work for Ventrilo server.
I tried making a shortcut to run Ventrilo server under the applications menu, but that doesn't work.
Any ideas? Much appreciated!
