Trying to install XBMC

Tried to install XBMC today using these instructions;
http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=HOW-TO_install_XBMC_for_Linux_on_Ubuntu_with_a_minimal _installation_step-by-step

but near the end where I am asked if I want to continue, I type in Y and press enter, at which point it says 'abort' and does nothing. See attached screendump.
Any help would be much appreciated.:)

Okay forget I asked. Seems like a strange thing to come up on terminal after typing yes, but followed the rest of the instructions anyway and it all seems to be there. Thanks any way.
