I cannot set up a wireless connection from a computer running Ubuntu 10.04. The Wireless Adapter is a Belkin F5D7050 v5000. The Wireless Access Point is a Lynksys WAP54GV3. Previously, I set up a connection from my TiVo to the WAP with WEP 128 bit security. It worked perfectly for 5 years. Now, I'm at a brick wall.

First question: how do I confirm that Ubuntu has found and installed the correct driver for the Adapter?

Second question: In the Network Connections, Wireless, Editing Wireless Connection 1. Are these OK?
SSID: peachlink
Mode: Infrastructure
BSSID: (MAC address of the WAP)
MAC Address: (MAC Address of the Adapter)
MTU: Automatic

Under the Wireless Security tab:
Security: WEP 128-bit Passphrase
Key: (the original alphanumeric string)
WEP Index: 1 (Default)
Authentication: Open system

I would appreciate any help.
