Hello everyone, on my friends website (Which I'm helping him build) he wants some buttons (Image links) To have a red highlight around them when you hover over them with your mouse. I'm wondering if it's possible to do this without making the red 'boder' image and then using javascipt like you do with a normal image flipper. Like could you do it with css or something?
I hope this is making sense, but I doubt it is as I'm feeling very muddled. ANyway, any help would be much appreciated.
