2nd hard drive

I have installed and partitioned a second hard drive, which has not been mounted,yet.and would like to use it as my home folder.
1st drive 40 gb, sda1,sda2,sda5.
2nd drive 500 gb, sdb1.
at the moment, it shows up in Places 500gb file system.
How can i go about this,(i'm using ubuntu 10.4)? thanks
