looking for kids games

I just built this Ubuntu PC for my toddler's first computer, and I want to know if there are any games suitable for very young kids.

At the moment, I just installed the flash player into firefox and bookmarked some flash game sites.

gcompris is great for kids. My five year old loves it.

I remember seeing a package that installs a bunch of kid's games... I can't remember its name though.

gcompris is perfect for my 3 year old. I am teaching her mouse skills at the moment. She really enjoys it.

She also loves tux paint!
She actually asked me for a painting program before I even loaded it.

gcompris and tux racer are great. i have tux racer installed on my pc its great! lol

Another vote for the Gcompris suite

My 3 yr old son loves it. I installed the Edubuntu package, then removed everything from the desktop but the Gcompris launcher. He can start it up himself, and even knows which icon to click to open each set of games. Sometimes late at night, I'll hear him playing with Tuxpaint when he should be sleeping. :rolleyes:
