Help editing Grub?

I would like to edit the GRUB Bootloader thing I see when I turn on my computer so instead of a 10 second wait time it is a 5 second wait time, and instead of loading Ubuntu I would like it to load Windows (XP Media Center). I only want to do this because I have less "computer literate" users and I'd rather them just sit through a screen really quickly and proceed to Windows, rather than teaching them Ubuntu. So how would I do this?

You can look at the "G2 Tasks" link in my signature line for how to edit grub to make the timeout change and other basic changes.

However, you can do both with Startup-Manager, a nice GUI app. See the "SUM" link in my signature line for that one.

Thank you very much! I used the Start-Up Manager and I got it all done in just a minute or two!
