I have been warned by cariboo907 for "Inappropriate use of fonts" and it would be nice if someone linked me to the page with all of the font rules because I haven't been able to find it. (http://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=77104)

Never mind, I found your draconian font policy in a vagely worded form. I will be taking my business else ware for those reasons.

Our Forums are for their content not the Font they are written in . Surely that is more important.

Well, we have font rules for those who are visually impaired.

If you are visually impaired you will likely adjust your browser settings to render posts larger or smaller.

This works best if the posts on these forms are fairly uniform.

when people start using smallor largeor funny colored fontsit becomes difficult to read very fast

Thank you for your patience and understanding with this issue.

This is covered in the code of conduct:

Be respectful of all users at all times. This means please use etiquette and politeness. Treat people with kindness and gentleness. If you do this the rest of the code of conduct won't need more than a cursory mention.

See my previous post for an interpretation of this policy and how it applies to fonts.

You were asked politely by the staff to post in a more reasonable style, it was a simple request.
