System Recovery Software

Hey, guys! I have several Win-dohs! machines I manage back at home. It looks like Microsoft confesses that recovering from malware and stuff could be impossible in the future (reference: http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/04/04/1426238). Does anybody know of any software I could use to create an image and let the user invoke that image to wipe and reinstall on demand? Thanks!

gparted or qtparted can copy partitions... I would do a fat32 install then make all the settings you want... then copy the drive to another... like an external hardrive with linux and go from there... pesure you can recover ther data too.
another option is norton ghost... that thing has worked for ages.
