I downloaded iTunes and am successfully running it though Wine. However, whenever I try to "Authorize Computer" or go to the iTunes store, iTunes won't connect to my network. I know it is not a network issue because I can surf Chrome at the same time iTunes says it can't connect. Is this fixable or is it not possible to "Authorize Computer"? Thanks.

Hi
There's a wine section of the forum.
You might get some response there.

Thanks, I might post there if I can't fix the problem here first.

Do you know for a fact a BETTER one that will allow me to transfer movies to my iPod? I thought this could only be done through iTunes. I downloaded a bunch of movie torrents through Transmission and now I can't figure out how to get them onto my iPod.

I guess the main problem here is that iTunes is not recognizing my iPod when I plug it in. How to solve?

How did you get wine to run iTunes? Is this one a 10.4?

On a side note: There seem to be a lot of people who instead of addressing this question just tell us to use another application. It's very annoying. Why bother replying if you're not going to help? ; )
