Try photorec - i lost all my files and used this app to recover my files, it has options for all the file formats, if it is jpg, avi etc. Try it, it is not bad and easy to use..

i do have photorec and testdisk. the problem is i dont know how to use it. T.T

if you have testdisk/photorec, just open a terminal and type sudo photorec (then ur password). from the terminal, just select the options that will come up (default settings should be ok). good luck.
