Wireless USB

Hi, need help in setting up my wireless usb w/c is a DLink DWA-120 using WICD. The driver is already installed, and I can see it on WICD that it can find a hotpsot but when I tried to connect, the WICD stop working and there's no other choice but to force quit.

Nasubukan ko na din gamitin mag-connect gamit ang code na ito:
sudo iwconfig wlan0 essid IDpero wla pa ring nangyari.

tulong naman dyan o.

PS. Nasubukan ko na ito sa jaunty, wala prob. d ko lng alam kung bakit di nag-work sa lucid.

WICD? hindi ba network manager dapat?

network-manager is the default, pero mas gusto ko gamitin ang WICD, network manager din ito.
