View Full Version : [ubuntu] Can't rip DVD in k9 copy in Lucid

Since upgrading to 10.04 I'm unable to rip DVDs with k9 copy. In 9.10, I preferred k9 to dvd::rip for its (relative) simplicity. Now, when attempting to rip a DVD, the Shrink Factor and MPEG4 option windows don't display any data and I receive error messages stating:

l: -input-charset not specified, using utf-8 (detected in locale settings).
genisoimage 1.1.10 (Linux)
Scanning [...]
usr/bin/genisoimage: No such file or directory [...]

I'm unable to copy and paste the error message, so the [...] is referring the device.
Any thoughts?
I'm rather new to Ubuntu/GNULinux and most likely missing something obvious.
Thanks.
