gnome-sound-recorder 2.30.0 doesn't work

While trying to use the gnome-sound-recorder 2.30.0, and after recording again and again, I receive the error message: "There is no content". Why?

What do you have selected in Sound Preferences on the input tab and do you see input level there and is the mute box unticked?
