Hey Ya'll
Just wondering what is going on here. I was using Mint, and with the crazy boot screen we get with the Nvidia graphics, you can fix it simply by running startup manager. I added that to my Ubuntu out of the repos, and can not get it to look nice like before I enabled my effects. Also, it won't change the backround to what I choose. It just seems to ignore it all, and continues to be ugly. Would I happen to have missed something along the way the way I need to do to do such things?
