What exactly do you mean by lock the entire keyboard?

You can lock the screen, I changed the keybinding so mine was the Window key + L (same as windows) but is also an option on the top left of the screen along with the log out, restart etc (assuming you have standard install layout).

errrm so that if i press any of the keys there is no input.
