I already got bit by the HST earlier today. I'm peeved, it's a good thing we can recall the politicians responsible for it here in BC.

RobertCorrection - HST is only in those provinces that have a provincial sales tax, and is designed as a way to combine both the GST and PST. Yes, it is a money grab, and a bad one too...everything is taxed now in affected provinces.

Here in Alberta, we have never had a sales tax and, therefore, are not effected by the HST. However, holidaying in BC this year is going to suck.

Oh...and Canada Day was soooooooo yesterday...:P

I'm sick of hearing about the HST.


Anyway, I had a good Canada day. Went out to the bar with some friends Wendsday, then went to a barbeque yesterday for Canada Day. My friends who were hosting live right beside a park, and there were people lighting fireworks non stop for hours, so that was a fun free show.
