Hi Folks,

When my screensaver is active and I want to resume my session, I am being prompted for a password. I want to disable this. I tried the solution in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1271790&highlight=disabling+password+validation+on+wakeup, but it doesn't seem to work. My setup:

In gconf editor>apps>gnome-power-manager>lock I have these boxes checked:
gnome_keyring_hibernate
hibernate
use_screensaver_settings
and these boxes unchecked:
blank_screen
gnome_keyring_suspend
suspend

In addition, under System>Preferences>Screensaver I have unchecked "Lock screen when screensaver is active" and checked "Activate screensaver when computer is idle" What am I overlooking? Thank you.
