hi guys! i'm just wondering if anybody here uses their MyPhone mobile phone with Ubuntu to sync contacts, transfer files, send messages, etc. I have a MyPhone Q20 and I'm hoping I could sync it with my laptop running Ubuntu. What app do you use? Thanks! :)

The first time i tried Ubuntu, this was one of the applications i spent a lot of research times. I was a heavy user of Nokia PC suite back then with Windows.

The closest thing i tried was Wammu (the front-end for Gammu). I would say this is far too inferior than PC Suite, i didn't suit me.

Perhaps you want to give it a shot with your MyPhone.

There's probably no tool for this if they're not using a popular mobile operating system. What do you think is your phone's OS?

have used Wammu a few months now and it worked fine though having some bugs and crashes.. though you may still use Nokia PC Suite in Ubuntu.. use Virtualbox and it work fine!.

I use MyPhone Explorer in the office with SE K610i. it works great! However, I still have to figure out how to get it connected via bluetooth (it's a bluetooth-wine issue though).
