I've looked for a clear, concise answer to this issue for months now and can't seem to find anything that helps.
I am using the internal soundcard (Intel HDA) on my motherboard on my HTPC and would simply like to the same audio coming from the s/pdif and analog as well as through bluetooth. I assume that the only way this can be done is via the .asoundrc file? Sadly the documentation for this file is spotty as best. I wish that I knew not only more about this, but about programming in general, as it would be great to have a simple GUI for something like this rather than having to muck around in config files.
If anyone can point me in the appropriate direction, I would be much obliged.
Thanks!
