I am using the AMD64 version of Ubuntu 10.04LTS. I have a biostar TA-790GXE motherboard (750 southbridge chipset) and a 1055T processor. I am using the onboard HD 3300 graphics and I have the proprietary ATI drivers installed. I enable S3 sleep support in my bios, and the option to system suspend is available. However when I try it my whole system simply restarts rather then goes to sleep. Using windows I am able to enter sleep mode, so I am wondering what the problem is with Ubuntu. Suggestions?
