Hi all,

Ok, I'm currently using Ubuntu 9.10 (not updating to 10.04 due to video card issue)

I also have a web cam more specifically Karbon MP-932.
http://www.karbon-electronics.com/mp3mp4.html

Primarily it's an MP3 player but it does double as a webcam, and I have been using it successfully on Vista for a while now. I just don't understand why Ubuntu doesn't see it. I have the CD that came with it but there is no linux driver.

What can I do?

Linux doesn't show the webcam along the drive list as in windows. Try the application cheese, install cheese using command apt-get install cheese

I've installed cheese yet it doesn't pick it up either.
Any other way of getting it to work?
