Hi guys! Ubuntu newbie here.
I got a sound problem. I recently upgraded my 9.10 to 10.4, and I'm not getting any sounds out of my laptop's speakers, but whenever I plug in my headphones, it works just fine. Anyone knows why this is happening? Is it because I installed a the PulseAudio equalizer (back when I was using 9.10)? I'm using a COMPAQ CQ40. If there is any other information you guys need, please do ask me about it.

It looks like the LADSPA Plugin Multiband EQ is the one causing the problem, because whenever I switch to the Internal Audio Analog Stereo output device in Sound Preferences, it works fine. Real noob question, how do I remove LADSPA from my unit?
