Can I set Xubuntu to open folders with a single click, so the hand appears over the folder, as you can do with windows?

Many thanks.

It will be in the file manager preferences at a guess.

Arthritis in hand. Its a lot less painful to single click in the back of the hand.

Its not working. setting it to single click in the file manager>behaviour is making no difference.

It doesn't work for my Desktop items, but it does work inside file folders. If you've changed the setting and click Home or something, you should be able to just click them and move through the directories faster. Not sure how to do it on the Desktop.
