I'm used to the feature in Windows where you hit WinKey+L to lock the screen. I am a very security conscious person (part of the reason I switched to Linux), but I don't like the idea of clicking on the power icon and clicking on "Lock Screen" every time I leave my computer. How do I map WinKey+L to lock the screen?

If you are using Gnome, it is under system > preferences > keyboard shortcuts.

I wish I would have thought of that! Thanks!

I think the shortcut key for screen locking is mapped to [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[L]?
