View Full Version : [SOLVED] how to measure how much memory chrom browser is eating?

Hi

I think something is not quite right in my ubuntu 10.04 64 bit. I do not know how much memory is consumed by chrom because there are tens of chrom record in the performance monitor tool.

I think Firefox uses less memory compared to chrom if all those process are really chrom processes.

I assume your talking about chrome?
If you are then I think chrome has a different process for each tab and a central process. If you want to see the memory used by chrome then type
about:memory into the omnibox.
