Dear All,
I am experiencing a problem with my USB DVB-T. Everything worked beautifully when I was using ubuntu 9.10 and other older versions of Ubuntu. Since the upgrade (fresh install of Ubuntu 10.04), the TV tuner does not work anymore.

The hardware I am using is: Magnex DVBT701H (it should be a pinnacle compatible tv tuner)
lsusb gives me: Bus 001 Device 007: ID eb1a:2881 eMPIA Technology, Inc.

I followed several guides I could find here. But last year I came across with a French website with the em28xx drivers that worked perfectly with my USB tuner: http://jiemeb.free.fr/pinnacle/
With their driver my USB tv tuner was recognized as Zarlink ZL10353 DVB-T when using kaffeine.

However I downloaded the right file for the new kernel version in Ubuntu 10.04 but it does not work anymore. Kaffeine does not recognize any device. I tried Me-TV and it does not find anything too.

Then I tried to follow some other instructions I found here:

But they were not useful with Ubuntu 10.04. The guides worked for previous versions only.

Do you have any idea where I can find more info and how I can make it work?

Thank you

Giovanni
