Google Chrome not Resizing

I have two monitors and when I launch Chrome, it appears 'locked' on one screen only. I cannot resize it or move it across to the other monitor. I've checked settings as best I can and can find no reference to the locking of the browser to one screen. Opera and Firefox can be moved any and everywhere....

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I can not resize the chrome. It always stays full screen. It seems to be real bug. I am using ubuntu 10.04 (32bit)on HP dv6646us laptop. (AMD turion64 x2 with nvidia graphics)
