Hello everyone,
I'm thinking about giving Boxee a try, but I really want a remote control to plug into my laptop which will be hooked to my TV. I've been looking around and I found this one:

I did a little bit of research, and there is a "Samsung USB IR Receiver" that is listed as being supported on LIRC's list of supported devices here (http://www.lirc.org/html/table.html). I figure that means it is probably supported, but there isn't a model number or anything listed, and I thought I would ask here to see if anyone knows more about it than I do.
So, does anyone know if this works in Linux? I'd just hate to buy one just to find out that it doesn't work with LIRC or whatever I need it to work with.
