I've just installed Ubuntu so I'm new to all this. Anyway I tried setting my refresh rate to 85Hz as it is in windows but when I try the screen goes blank for a while like it's too high. Web pages feel a little laggy too like maybe a video driver is not installed? The video card is a ATi 9700 series.
