Kung CMS po, I go for Wordpress...

Madaling gamitin, user-friendly, and very accessible for any user... Madaling gumawa ng theme at ma-customize ang php and sql codes.. Shempre, lalo na ang CSS... :)

Second would be Drupal... Hindi sha kasing accessible ng wordpress, but you can create accessible themes for clients...

As with joomla and others, they may have quite a lot of good features, pero po kasi for me, it will all boils down to user-experience, usability and accessibility... :) And Joomla won't comply.. :)

Hope this helps...

Very nice design. Pwede yan sa wordpress. Actually drupal or joomla would be overkill for that site. It's pretty basic in terms of features and functionality...

yah, wp has a WYSIWYG(correct me if I am wrong) editor. And there are tons of plugins you can use for photo management. *hint* -- nextgen gallery :-)

Not actually a wysiwyg editor. What you write in wp's post editor isn't what actually will appear on the website.. same with joomla.

I used Windows Live Writer to have a real WYSIWYG editor for wordpress...

Drupal? Just like what they're using with Brainstorm. Drupal's main strength is scalability, so it fits the bill.
