English Phonetics transcription program?

Hi! First of all, this is my first post here and I don't know where to put it..I think it belongs to this sub-forum but if not I'm sorry =)

Is there any program that transcribes English texts to IPA automatically? (not word by word like searching it on the dictionary)

it's the language you use to pronounce English..when you look up a word in a dictionary, the pronunciation is in IPA

example:
work: /wɜːk/
