Have you tried Tools->Always show Bookmarks Bar?

if you don't like the bar you can install the extension = quick bookmarks tree , it will let you just click their icon and dropdown your bookmarks list ...

im worried about the security system of google chrome extensions
i read about the offical security of extensions, the guide said that the creator of the extension can literally, get data from all websites and others
whats the use, if the creator can get the username and password of all your websites visited
so thats why im looking for another way, to put that bookmark icon

if your worried about spying on you ,you should have not installed Chrome , but installed the open source version called "Chromium "

the extension says the same thing on both Chromium and Chrome
im currently using Opera now, it handles bookmarks well and to my advantage
gonna mark this thread as Solved now
