Looks like debian with a XFCE desktop.

You could just use Xubuntu.

If I'm not mistaken, it's a Linux distro that's focusing on multimedia stuff. Haven't used it personally but it has been talked about in the Blender forums.

All thoese apps are in teh debian repositories.....

The only thing it has going for it is some cool looking icons.

except that this one is on a Live CD and is focused on having those multimedia-related apps installed by default. And probably have the latest releases of those, too.

Never used it but their website has fuelled my curiosity enough for me to try it out tonight.
