Flash alternative on Ubuntu

I'd like to know if anyone of you have an idea of what program is BEST for creating Flash files on Ubuntu. Please relate your experiences.

I would say that Flash IDEs for Linux are very primitive compared to Adobe's tools.

There's UIRA (http://sourceforge.net/projects/uira/), which seems to be one of the most advanced, but that's no longer under active development.

There's also (the even more primitive IMO) Salasaga (http://osflash.org./salasaga), and an online Ajax Animator (http://antimatter15.com/ajaxanimator/wave/) that can export to SWF.
