I haven't tried any yet myself.
I do wish they'd make a Linux version of Dark Age of Camelot, though. That was a great game. . .

you can try Anarchy Online, Funcom offer free version of this game, and it's pretty well supported by Cedega.

I doubt Mythic will ever consider porting DAoC to any platform.
That said, I heard Cedega/WINE are able to run Catacombs/Darkness Rising (latest expansion) w/ few problems... will have to give it a try.
Trying to get PlanetSide to work at the moment, though I'm not having much luck :(

The best MMOG is Shattered Galaxy (http://www.sgalaxy.com).
It does run under Wine.

Eternal lands is entertaining for a free MMO.
Guildwars runs beautifully under Cedega (if you have the money for either one).

Hrm... I'm actually thinking about purchasing Guild Wars. Too bad there's no trial for it afaik :(
Is it hard to setup under Cedega?

Nope, it isnt. there are a couple of odd bits, but it mostly runs smooth, smooth enough for Cedega to list it as a supported game.

There's a preview event for the next GW chapter this weekend. If you have a windows box somewhere, you can at least try it.
A linux port is currently NOT in development, although the developers have hinted that such a thing might happen in the future (insert witty comment about cold underworlds here ;) ).
There are some guides to configuring GW in Cedega elsewhere in this forum.

I keep checking the planeshift (http://www.planeshift.it) website. Waiting for it to be more than a beta. It looks really promising just don't have the time nor the patience to do a beta.
/em crosses fingers good luck to those guys

Planeshift, like any open source MMO game, needs players to help it get out of beta.

@Planeshift: 70 players online at this time really doesn't instill that much confidence in me.
Oh well, the Mordred server for Dark Age of Camelot never goes above 130. . . :D
I think I'll download it.
