Screen Saver Settings for Server 9.10

What is the best way to edit the Screen-saver settings in Ubuntu Server 9.10, there are no settings under System.



I wold like to set the time that the screen blanks out...the default seems to be 10MIN.




Can I use an editor or do I need to install Xscreen saver to get the settings.
