View Full Version : Cursor in WINE Game distorted - Radeon HD4850

Hey guys,

I'm trying this game NexusTK in WINE. I could've sworn a year or two ago in an older Ubuntu release it ran just fine.

Now wherever the cursor moves I find it to have this little distorted colorful box next to it, kinda pexlated looking. Also, when I move in the game I take slow steps, rather than a smooth movement. I tried changing some settings for my Keyboard like Delay to no avail.

Any ideas? Maybe I configured my card wrong?

Could be a video driver bug? Regression in Wine?

You can check by running the same version of wine you tested originally, if the problem is still there then it's most likely your video driver.

Lol I can't even remember what I used before. Maybe it's just a compatibility issue, I'll use windows for games for now =/
