Slow upgrade to 10.4

Is anyone else experiencing very slow downloads speeds during the upgrade process is it just me?

I assume the repos are getting hammered. i upgraded awhile ago so I'm not sure if others are seeing that, but I would think it is expected for a few days anyway.

Just upgraded my 2 ubuntu boxes about 6hours ago and was seeing 700-1Mb downloads from the swiss mirrors.

The repo servers are getting pounded by everyone trying to upgrade. Ian, how do you switch the mirror to CH or is it because that's where you're located?
