Transcode error

Hi I am trying to get Transcoding to work but I get this error 'Transcode (error Fri Apr30, 2010, 1222PM) Unrecoverable error'. Is there a log file I can look at to see what the error is?

I also had this error and was interested in finding the log to view the details. Any help on which log to view?
